where is the campaign bus going?

Hi Friend,

Hope all is well.

Here is a summary of the latest about our campaign. We do need your help.
Call to action in blue.

Love to seek you support with a few of these campaign focus areas for this quarter:
- This quarter we will be doing town hall meetings and executive round tables at Silicon Valley companies. We already have a few on the calendar. Would you like to host one at your company?
- We have been hosting 3 town hall meetings a month. Looks like Rep Eshoo has been forced to start hosting her town hall meetings. But questions are being asked by healthcare activists at these town hall meetings, specifically the Big Pharma ties to Rep Eshoo and the fact that she gets the most money from the Pharma Industry compared to any other congressional member in the United States. Healthcare burgeoning costs and the opioid crisis a huge issue in our country and there is mounting concern for the right reasons. You may know that Rep Anna Eshoo chairs the House healthcare subcommittee
- I have personally campaigned in every city of our congressional district. I am very proud of this accomplishment - this district is spread out across 3 counties and many of these cities such as Zayante, Brookdale, La Honda, Pescadero are pristine, beautiful, but also difficult to walk. The email below explains more via a video - just scroll down
- Our high school and college interns have been blazing the campaign trail. Very strong support from residents and the data from the campaign trail is very exciting. We are recruiting our Fall interns and plan to have speaking sessions at various high schools locally. Can you possibly arrange a meeting with political clubs and organizations in your local high school? The internship program is spelled out at rishikumar.com/Fellowship
You can also direct a high school or college student to apply and join our internship. They are forging new friendships while learning a ton.
- Our campaign headquarters has been buzzing daily. You should visit us, We are hiring staff members. Please direct folks with political experience to us. Of course, we are also seeking high energy leaders to join the inner circle and lead field activities, data analytics, social media, media and communication etc. Please email us. We are even developing certain applications for campaign activities that are not COTS
- We are executing large scale fundraisers as part of the campaign plan. They came together well last quarter and we are focused on expanding that. Would you be interested to host a fundraiser at your home or at your work?
- We are seeking endorsements of tech executives from the valley. Please email us
- In exactly 6 months primary election voting begins. We have a huge urgency to scale our campaign. We are inviting various local organizations to get involved with our campaign.  Let me know if you are involved with an organization that may be interested to support our campaign activities by engaging their youth. I can send you the details
- We have a vibrant social media and video messaging campaign narrative.  That is clearly the differentiator with campaigns these days. You should view our Mega Silicon Valley series of videos. You can add or subscribe at
We win by being creative, by being bold ....
Thanks for your support
- Rishi

--------- Below is the district wide email we sent earlier this week in case you msised it -------

I am proud to announce that our campaign reached a very important milestone this past week: I have personally knocked doors in every city of our district, a district that is spread across three counties with distinct landscapes, sights & sounds, unique characters and an amazing vibrancy. What an experience! I feel so enriched!

My listening tour has been incredibly educational to understand the challenges of residents.
Have your say too by taking this survey here

Yes "doors" are different but the commonality of our discussion and issues has been very interesting. Watch this video.

As you know, we are running a grassroots-driven campaign to bring a result driven, innovation culture to Washington D.C. We are running a different type of campaign - a campaign that puts the people of our district first. One that actually listens to the problems our neighbors deal with on a daily basis. From climate change, rising cost of healthcare, the housing crisis, issues impacting K-12 education, air traffic noise, open space, to how to best remedy traffic congestion.

I am hearing first-hand about what matters most to our families.
Will you join this listening tour?
It is a very energizing experience

What's concerning is that as I crisscross the district, many voters feel apathetic about what is going in Washington, lack of awareness and others say  "I have not had any Congressmember ever stop by my home in decades or take the time to meet us in person."

As your next Representative from Silicon Valley, my commitment is to make myself and my office accessible to you and your family's concerns. That's the type of commitment I bring to Saratoga's City council and one that I will bring to Washington. I will bring a culture of NO LOBBYIST INFLUENCE bringing a people-centric result driven behavior. I will work hard to address your challenges, just like I am doing on the Saratoga city council today.

As an elected leader, I believe in making fearless citizen-centric choices to address the top challenges of our community. That is why I am the only Congressional candidate in this race to take the pledge to refuse large corporate and special interest donations. Our run is to represent the voice and needs of the people of our district.  Right here in our home district, over $7,000,000 of special interest money has been plunked into campaign funds. Will elected leaders who accept all this money be able to truly represent the people?

I hope to earn your vote and join us on the campaign trail.
